U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday he was “not concerned at all” about the possibility of China and Russia forming an axis against the United States, even as he expressed disappointment in Russian President Vladimir Putin over the war in Ukraine, reported Reuters.
Trump’s remarks came during an interview on The Scott Jennings Radio Show, a day after Chinese President Xi Jinping hosted Russian President Putin and other leaders at a summit in Tianjin, China.
“I am very disappointed in President Putin, I can say that, and we will be doing something to help people live,” Trump said, without elaborating on the actions his administration planned to take to reduce deaths in the conflict.
