Princess Andre has candidly opened up on life growing up and explained her her mum's split still affects her. The 18-year-old daughter of Katie Price and Peter Andre confessed she wished she could have had a happier childhood and says she had "so many things on my plate at a young age".
In her latest episode of her fly-on-the-wall documentary, the teen admits that while she has amazing memories of growing up, both with her mum and dad, she sometimes wishes she didn't care about things so much. She admitted there were also "not so good memories".
It was then that she discussed mum Katie's split from Kieran Hayler. The pair had tied the knot on January 16, 2013, at the Sandals Royal Bahamian Resort in the Bahamas, and went on to have two kids together, Jett and Bunny. Katielater admitted she attempted suicided following the split. It comes after Katie Price worries fans with appearance in family photo after explaining weight loss.

Princess said: "He was in our lives for like five years so we got really close to him and obviously we loved him. He did a lot of stuff and when they split up everything kind of went down hill.
"My mum, obviously being heartbroken, didn't deal with that the best way. She went through a very, very dark time, which is understandable."
Princess continued: "It was hard for me because I was around adulty things that kids should never see and I think as well when we needed our mum there, she wasn't emotionally able to be there because she had so much of her own problems going on."
She went on to say that their lives were constantly in the press during the tough times, and said this would anger her. However, she admitted she would never speak to her dad about it due to her parents' fractured relationship.

Princess revealed she is okay talking about her childhood and added: "I can speak about my childhood and everything that happened and I'd be absolutely fine, but then once something sets me off and I deep everything I'm like 'oh my God'.
"And then it makes me feel like I'm not really healed from what's happened". She now says that despite not being over it fully, her mum has "fixed herself" and has apologised for her previous actions.
Princess admitted that the apology, while not needed, helped her mum realise she needed to prioritise her kids and said it has helped bring the pair closer together.
"I love her, she's like my best friend," Princess gushed. Princess made her modelling debut last year with PrettyLittleThings and is now moving into the reality TV spectrum once more. The influencer is set to make thousands and take after her famous parents by becoming a reality star in her own right.
A source recently told The Sun: “Princess is very conscious of the fact her mum got famous very early in her career, so Katie is a big inspiration to her. Bagging her own TV show is a huge deal, but producers are keen to stress it is about her and not her famous parents. Both Katie and Peter are likely to feature, though it will likely be more as cameo stars.”
