Coronation Street fan-favourite Dee-Dee Bailey is caught between a rock and a hard place in next week's episodes as she's forced to make an "unethical" decision. Lawyer Dee-Dee has been left devastated in the ITV soap after finding out her former fiancé Joel was a villain, and unsure if she'll ever find love again.
But when newcomer Ollie arrives on the cobbles, sparks fly instantly. Ollie is one of her legal clients and in the office for a meeting when Dee-Dee realises there could be something between them. She confides in Alya that she fancies Ollie but admits she's worried about the conflict of interest.
Later that week, Dee-Dee finally admits to Ollie that she likes him, but tells him it would be unethical to get involved with a client. It doesn't stop her kissing him back when Ollie leans in for a smooch, and Dee-Dee decides to throw caution to the wind.
She tells Ollie she wants to take things slowly, and confides in her brother James that she's terrified of having her heart broken again after Joel - and would rather keep things professional with Ollie.
On Friday, spoilers confirmed that Ollie is set to discover another truth about Dee-Dee. When they both end up in the shop together, he spots her with Laila in her pram. Dee-Dee reveals Laila is her daughter and invites him for a drink so she can tell him her story.

A source told Digital Spy: "Just as Dee-Dee thinks she's met a nice guy, things immediately get complicated. She can't help how she feels about Ollie - though is he worth risking her career for?"
They added: "Has Dee-Dee left her morals at the office? That said, there's no harm in a little smooch, and she's entitled to have some fun after the year she's had.
"But is this a moment of madness, or are she and Ollie officially an item?"
