James Martin was back on ITV this morning, where he was joined by two-Michelin-starred chef Aktar Islam, who is the owner of the Birmingham restaurant, Opheem.
In the pre-recorded show, the James Martin's Saturday Morning host stepped up to the challenge of creating chicken tikka burgers with Indian flavours, cooked in a tandoor.
Things were going well until James, 53, attempted to start sliding the nicely-charred pieces of chicken off their metal skewers.
"You use your fingers for this, don't you?" he asked Actar, as he confirmed he did before suggesting, "Or some tongs?"
"No, you have to use your fingers," James continued determinedly, before wincing as he felt the searing heat.
"Argh!" he exclaimed several times as he continued the painful process, waving his hand around in the air in an attempt to cool it off.
"Not only do you have no hairs on your arms when you work at your restaurant, you've no feel in your fingers - argh!"
He then jokingly added to viewers: "It's really good this, guys, you can do this at home."
The camera then panned to the delicious-looking chicken burgers, with James announcing: "My chicken tikka burger for a two-star-Michelin chef."
"And I need a drink," James added, taking a swig of beer as applause could be heard in the studio and Aktar clapped.
Elsewhere on the show, James welcomed back model and actress Jodie Kidd, serving her up some tasty looking goujons and a lamb dish for the main course.
He was also reunited with chef Emily Scott, who had a tasty recipe of Bloody Mary Gazpacho with Crab to share.
Finally, James broke down how to make the perfect scones to viewers at home, complete with some raspberry compote.

It comes after James announce back in June that he would be taking a well-earned break from live TV for the summer, with pre-recorded shows airing for the next few months.
"Me and the crew are heading off on sunny holidays. Different climates," he said.
"We will be back here with more top chefs, other brilliant guests, and more delicious recipes later on in the year."
Before ending the show, James added: "Until then, thanks for watching. Have a wonderful, fantastic summer. I'll see you out there wherever you are."
He signed off with a wave and said: "Thanks for watching, see you again soon, goodbye for now."
James Martin's Saturday Morning returns next Saturday at 9.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
